Yes...and given the buyback he literally cannot buy any more on market given he is more or less at 20%...the company buyback allows him to increase above 20% without breaking the rules.
Interested to see if failure to buyback is due to following the informal rules of not buying during blackout period (there is no mention of buyback in LVEs security trading policy) or something else. Waiting for accounts to come through...
