The quote is from Copperstone's announcement of the convertible debt financing which will finance the first tranche payment of approx $AU 3 mill.

Yorkville seems positive, and I cannot see any weakness in the deal. Surely Yorkville would not put up SEK 22 mil  and have no intention to follow through to completion of the acquisition and then thru feasibility studies. I place quite considerable emphasis on the fact that STM management went with an arrangement which gives them a substantial equity stake, and clearly with the intent to take representation on the board and technical committees.
I must say however that some muck was thrown at Yorkville years ago, from memory they did not suss up to some losses on their small cap portfolio. Maybe like some of us, they did not tell the boss about every stumble.  Well they have survived.
