I think it was mentioned in a presentation or a report around that time. But it was obvious from the absence of communication from the company, and it simply confirmed what must have been the case. Even after CZM gained FDA approval for the device, an update wasn't received from from OIL until a week later, presumably after the text had been approved.
It looks like a blanket ban without prior approval from CZM even on stuff already released by CZM and in the public domain. CZM represent the company's major hope. I can't see them jeopardising the relationship for the sake of a few disgruntled shareholders on HC. However it would have been helpful for them to say earlier that that contractual obligations prevent them from commenting .
