Don’t think so. If it was we would have got a change in substantial notice. To me it looks like someone straight out manipulating it.
There has been a lot of churn around this point and we had a few days where there was over 30 mill that changed hands in total. Still no change in holding notice? Maybe the same person doing buying and selling for whatever reason.
As like someone else said recently this is one of the most frustrating stocks I have ever owned. No idea why we have an EV of only about $15 mil.!!!
