Well, I suspect if the scheme of arrangement vote fails after directors have said what a wonderful deal it is, the chairman (at minimum) will quit. Just my opinion.
An EGM prior to that will require a certain number of votes to even initiate. So I think best course of action is to find current list of top 20 holders and work with them to pressure Board to get a better deal. Only need 25% against for deal to fail. We don't need a counter offer from another player. The deal is crazy cheap and Casa have much more value left in the deal than to walk away at $1.10.
Does anyone have a list of top 20?
