    I've been looking into AKP for the past few months.

    • + 12 years of development with no material proof to market of a working prototype
    • +$600m current pre revenue MC
    • Absence of institutional involvement (ownership) in recent capital raises
    • I doubt the premise of the technology itself (both the possibility and it's application)
    • A distinct lack of track record performance from the Executive/Board

    I'm short.
