Hmmm ... interesting read, especially regarding the strict confidentiality muzzle imposed by the labour government around the GTH (global tourism hub). Not impressed either with the idea of the government looking into converting the adjacent port authority land into a “State Development Area”. .. Makes compulsory acquisition, inter alia, too easy for goverments to interfere in areas outside their own backyard ... imo
