The details of the raise will almost certainly be what is listed on fresh equities website, why would they post fake information? They can't benefit by posting fake information, the details will be announced to the market before trading recommences. Hoots is just giving you some evidence that fresh equities are in fact the real deal, maybe you should start listening to other people rather than shooting at everyone who says something you don't like hearing.
