    What is happening with the SP has nothing to do with AUZ or itts BOD, it is industry wide. Look at CLQ or COB and you can see that they are on the same situation. Likely to do with the metals prices dropping since. So no point blaming the BOD or BB.
    As for AUZ staff loans for shares, that is normal in the mining industry and at a higher SP price; so no problem with that either.
    AUZ is on a better position than the others because there are a few irons in the fire; main one being finance to commence pcash glowlant build is still a game changer. Thanks to the work of the BOD, BB & staff. All doing a great job, keep it up; you can only do what is within your control. It will all pay off on due course.
    Only concern is to ensure that we don't run out 
    of cashflow.
    Understand the frustration, but it is what it is. Just know that you are in a much better position with AUZ than any other Co/Ni miners.
