Since launch we've seen all funds raised on the float consumed and funds raised with placements and a CR to have another round of drilling. Net effect dilution of shares from a nice original issue and an SP that is 1/3 of the issue price.
The in specie issue to me was treated by NZ IRD as a profit similar to a dividend and I was required to pay 33% of the issue price as tax. My bundle is now worth less than the tax I paid for the privilege of recieving something I already had an interest in via my TNG holding before the breakaway set up.
I'd be happy as to get an announcement that they were actually doing something not talking about it or planning it or altering the board or shifting office or feeding the resident cat in the adjacent park.
Mt Hardy looks promising but deep. Way back in 2012 the drilling results suggested a commercial prospect was on the cards. Recent drilling has given in some cases better results but deep. Hopefully this round they'll tie up something they can bring to construction.
McArthur peeks my interest and I'm hoping thar will bring back marker interest.
anyway it's the end of February and I cant hear a drill bit just a crashing SP.
