Surely minority shareholders could sue the ASX, ASIC and FMS Management & BOD if they allow FMS to go into massive debt without any form of income or financial pathway to repaying the debt and in turn sending the company into bankruptcy, it would be similar to a banking organisation approving a home loan to the unemployed.
