You have to listen/watch carefully because we lose sound for a few seconds (around the 1’35” mark).
•The discount rate does relate back to the cost of money or WACC, but should also include a premium for risk. A ‘risk-adjusted discount rate’ is clearly a more realistic measure to use. Someone had earlier posted that 5% is commonly used by others in BF but I doubt any serious evaluation would not be adjusting for risk.
• Good question re those indicated resources. Maybe one of the technical guys can help us out. I like to think they all get picked up eventually, though not enough evidence to record as Reserves as yet.
