I sympathise, but that's the nature of investing in life sciences: high return but high risk.
The WA chancers who now want to strip the company don't offer anything to shareholders except some strange kind of emotional hit: recall the old saw of cutting of one's nose to spite one's face? That's what a vote for the newcomers would be. Giving away what little capital is left to people who propose nothing is not my idea of investing.
Better to vote for a possible one in ten chance of success than zero.
