personally, I'm not expecting new CEO to release more news to market. their strategy is to expand disappointing circumstances for accumulating more shares.
for example, they didn't inform market that Max coal increased its holding another 4M. today they didn't also, update investors about Dalian port as the way $SMR announced the market.
