I was thinking this exact same thing.

What if they've been notified that court signing of transfer docs will be occurring on Friday in Argentina and hence they've decided to go in TH to formalise that so the market isn't trading uninformed?

Thinking about it more I think this is the likely scenario and everything else is discounted (ie TO).

Either way even if it is this, in my opinion it'll provide a shot in the arm to the SP and I'm thinking it would open up 10%+.
