The guts is, this TH will simply be the confirmation of the POSCO money, nothing else.
But you can be sure, with that money in the bank, it will be the catalyst for a series of announcements over the next six months, including any of the speculative ideas i.e JV, Takeover etc...
This is a great step for Galaxy's future...
