As per announcement this what LON paid:
PC - 34 million
SD - 15.25 million
MB - based on LON valuation 5million
This adds up to 54.5 million if you think brands have no value, I don't think this is the case as SD and MB are doing well. That's why I think 60 cents is the right value for this share. Current share price is a result of zero information to the market. All IMO
