Telstra will move when we have a new CEO and an ex-telco chairman.
Penn might have done a good job in restructuring Telstra, but he is not the one to take it forward. We need a dynamic leader.
Yes, Telstra has a competitive advantage in 5G, but nbn wholesale prices must come down in order for Telstra to be profitable. 5G alone would not be able to replace the lost nbn margin.
