was travelling today so I just read the announcement now, I am nitpicking on the semantics here but why does the announcement refer to the appointing as "interim Non-Executive Chairman"? Interim? Why not just Chairman? Is Mr Washer just going to hold the position for a while and then find another role within the company - just like Mr Thurn has recently done.?
My hunch is that perhaps a bigger name may be considered as the definite Chairman.
