TJ1988 As I posted before.
TC's ASX release said that he had resigned as a director. It does not say he has resigned from his executive role nor from the company. In fact it states he is continuing to work for the company on both projects and Admin.

But in the SPP it said nothing about this other than "the success of the plan will enable the engagement of a new

independent director for the board."

A independent director is a non executive position.

So I am guessing that MT has effectively moved to the CEO role. Which would mean he would still be attend the board meeting.
