There is no way they can get the 10s of millions of dollars they've spent on drilling, JORC and PFS for Kolosori, unless they get it back, if not, it will benefit another company that ends up gets this tenement.
Surprisingly, no holder/ex-holders has taken legal action to see if AVQ's management was aware that their tenement was questionable after it was changed from register to customary land before they spent all this money on it, was it done in a "haste".......
