Just checking.
 Did the 3.1 Sellers get the memo?
Why are they Selling at this time?
Are the 3.1 Sellers the market makers?
If the mm wants to accumulate, would it be worth while to sell a few shares at a loss, at the last second of the trading day?
Should we let this activity get under our skin or choose to interpret this as a positive act?  
Does it mean the mm sees what we see and is so very clever to manipulate, accumulate at the fastest rate at the lowest rate? 
Leave that for you to debate.
