All or any of that would be against the law. So if you are accusing anyone of wrongdoing ,you need to either provide evidence or not post self- made rumours and innuendo. You could become liable yourself to litigation.
You seem to forget, or be unaware, that this is leading edge micro/nano technology, never before attempted by even the largest and most advanced tech companies in the world and has taken many years to prove and perfect. Each obstacle has been overcome to date. There is every expectation that the last remaining problems will also will be addressed and resolved in time.
As an existing shareholder you either believe what the company says or, if distrustful, sell you shares.
In any event you should withdraw your remarks regarding the ethics of the Company.
Anyone with a history in AKP knows that the info coming out from it is sparse to say the least.
Typically it is as hard to understand exactly what it means as the proverbial Delphic oracle. You have a few significant sounding words coming out, and the words sound meaningful, but there is always a sense that there is way more behind the ambiguities than is being revealed or at least explained. This past couple of years we have all pondered and argued what "half" or "partial structures" and "dissipation layers" and a host of other technical terms have all meant in terms of how serious a problem or solution actually was. It has only been as the larger and more detailed story has gradually emerged that we get the explanations and context between the words that makes sense of them at all. Fred has never been untruthful in what he has said, so far as I can tell, but only someone in the board room or the lab has had enough exposure to the information to to judge where the company was likely to actually end up. That is still the case to a large degree. That is just the way AKP plays it, and for all their talk about security and secrecy I suspect they just can't see how frustrating their lack of clear and comprehensive information disclosure is to technically savvy shareholders.
Contrast that with Weebit Nano (WBT) of which Fred is also a board member and you'll know what I mean.
However, I hang on to two very important facts:
1) Insiders with large amounts of skin in the game have not only kept their money in, they have added substantially more. That spells confidence.
2) SH have been reassured in recent official announcements that the technical problems have now all been solved, and that finished and validated chips are "imminently" (Jan/Feb was mentioned) en route to becoming available for demo.
