    Bowen, most probably worked it out that a good percentage are part pensioners. That’s why Shorten latched onto them to buy their votes.

    You still don't say how the infrastructure will survive if we give all the company tax away?

    If your are concerned about the infrastructure, tell Shorten to exclude the pensioners from receiving these cash refund.
    No company gives away all the taxes; that’s why companies report what percentage is paid as dividends - some profits are retained and taxes are forwarded to the ATO.
