For me, picked up some today at a very tiny premium to the raise price, so on that level it's a great opportunity.
But it can't be said the raise was mostly taken up by potential long term holders.. Proof will be how long until the supply dries up.
But so far the trading is telling me text book take a share placement and unload for insta profit.

That's exactly what it looks like. I picked up a few at $0.265 and likely to keep going back most days while it lasts.

A 2% premium over CR price doesn't appear everyday.
