Some of you may be familiar with this diagram from 'Good to Great' by Jim Collins. I don't know if Nearmap tick all the boxes such as Level 5 leadership etc, but I think they have spent a number of years in the build up and they are about to breakthrough and the flywheel will keep them in an upwards trajectory for years to come.
That the company has reached this inflection point suggests to me that they have probably ticked a lot of the peoplethought and action boxes. I suspect they have nailed their hedgehog concept.
