not sure if the 900 odd million can be secured via debt funding ..normally a 20- 40 % equity play would be required by the lending institutions. 
If that number amounts to say 200 mio, the equity options for AUZ are :
NAIF
SKI
Rights 
Pvt Equity 

The company would certainly prefer either institutional or strategic equity partners ,, SKI would fall in the latter category.

If I do recall correctly, SKI did maintain the equity option but on the condition that funding was finalised. That milestone may well be the April event .
