Predictions for this Friday's half year results, page-10

First half last year returned 8m USD nett profit.
On the positive
- Revenue is a little higher 
- Should be no Borax impairment this time round.
- Some interest income on that big cash balance

Neutral
- No FX issues 
- Depreciation and debt service about the same
- Share of AAL losses probably about the same

On the negative
- Temporary export tax will have some bite - probably about offsets that interest income. 

I can't see it being a lot different to last years first half, but as an eternal optimist, I have punted slightly higher...
