On 6/12/2018 a single exact 7,400,000 order was dumped in a single hit at .006.
I looked at the top 20 and there was only one holder with that amount.
Not sure,but i assume it was Apollo.We wont know till next top 20 is released as they only held 1.4%
I'd say it is a very distinct possibility they got impatient as they also felt a CR could be a very distinct possibility short term.
