    Cuadrilla just applied with EA for new permit to allow the newly optimized fracking fluid to be able to carry more sand and new drilling fluid. It is currently at public consultation stage which takes 1.5 months take another month for EA to make their decision (if they do) and anothe for Cuadrilla to get their act together.     we are back to square one like in 2012.
