Its a difficult one isn't it.
They need to meet volume of IF first, or do they? Do they diversify as well?? Then not meet demand for IF with its high margin and first mover advantage?
I'm in a quandary. There is evidence that Synlait did not meet production targets so perhaps that i why they are sticking to a tried and tetsed formula at this stage (no puns intended).
