Proof would also be in sharing evidence of the correspondence. There must have been some written correspondence? Couldn’t have all been verbal?
Imho, its all unsubstantiated.
Bayer gave up on CNT’s and sold their patents to Future Carbon. BASF have had polymers containing CNT’s in the market place worldwide for several years. The Cement companies mentioned are some of the largest worldwide, with LH the largest in the US market.
Copies of the correspondence would put MB’s recollections in context, imho.
