I think maybe what you want to hear is why they are offloading. Which is a very good question.
I have been researching it all for the past 10 months and tracking the disposal pattern. I will post my findings and thoughts in a few days when I get the time.
On speaking with them both. GlobalX and Solactive are uranium based indexed holdings. Their investers, or funds tracking their index, are interested in strictly uranium plays only. GGG is clearly a REE play now (once was uranium). So in the interest of fund policy it should rightfully be removed from the fund (and index) and so is being removed this past year.
There is no other thought beyond this intention in the disposal as far as Ive found. Not intrinsic value, current advancements or upcoming news is being considered in the act. 
Good news is its almost over and the better news is what I will share in the next few days regarding it.
