“Following the Eliwana and Koodaideri contract awards we already have over $900 million of work secured for FY20 which currently excludes contributions from the Golding Urban and RCR MT businesses.
These businesses have consistently delivered $200 million of revenue per annum in prior years.”


Golding Urban has been on my mind since the AGM and the other day. It seems a bit of an unsung hero yet represents an important diversification strategy contributing $90 million of revenue a year.

When I looked to see what news was out there, I found this story from February 12.

Beyond this I believe  Golding Urban has a solid and long term working partnership with both  Sunland and Stockland, ASX-listed developers who have recently reported profit downgrades with a fall back in construction and housing.
Luckily for shareholders the area mentioned specifically by NRW - South East Queensland - seems to have plenty of work going
