    One of the issues confronting the company is the marketing package. Getting to the customer.

    They have spent millions on the development of the app and I presume are using a consultant to do the website, Facebook and related articles.

    It is the lowest key marketing for a product that has a solution to a major social issue that is highlight daily on the TV and other media.

    At some point the campaign must get an edge to it. The issues that it is trying to solve are well documented.

    Now it needs a marketing campaign that is not all directed at discussion of the issues.

    It needs focus on the solution
