Very true.
Really though, Condisoil is too good for landfill. It's only "politically radioactive".
Possibly needs to be generically re-bagged, with full compliance and content disclosure of course, and distributed by wholesalers.
A big Chinese fertiliser company could probably then export it to Malaysia at a premium price....
A few years ago, I met an Indonesian government connected businessman busy importing some pretty horrifying waste on contract for "safe disposal" in Indonesia - with all the paperwork "in order". Nasty all round.
The irony is that Condisoil is a blessing.
