Nope believe this will be extended. Labour with the Greens have a majority and so the status quo will remain the same. Only question is whether laws introduced covered all new explorations and existing explorations. Labour conceded that their legislation didn't cover existing explorations and so this is now what is under appeal. If the court agrees with LKO's position then some compensation will be coming. 

Anyways, happy for VIC voters to pay ridiculous fuel prices and have blackouts. They voted for chaos under labour and lets hope that is served up to them all.
