Seems like there should be massive rotation into any company that even remotely looks like being able to produce a supply of Cobalt in the next couple of years?
Not to mention one that could possibly end up being easily in the top 10 produces in the world. The market has lost it's foresight.
Or is this one of those remarkable opportunities everyone will talk about in hindsight?
Tough one ahe?
