@minoil I always thought when they say you have to be a registered shareholders at XXX date, it means you just have to own the shares on or before the XXX date?But what you are saying implies the shares have to be "settled" to be considered as registered holders, am I correct?
For information, i was an IPO investor and copped a small loss recently when I sold out my small holding when my low-ish sell order was hit when the option shares news came, that will teach me a lesson
