Fair call they haven’t addressed the issue therefore there wouldn’t be an issue with patenting and the OEM partners! There are other reasons and I believe that although PO3 have done a ton of testing and basically de-risked this tech they need to show their potential oem partnes field trial tests not only for the share holders but the potential oem partners, the successful results will give po3 lots of bargaining power being the best tech on the market! Also I believe that negotiations are happening but po3 want to give their shareholders the best possible deal so it may take some time to strike an agreement because these potential partners are huge names and both they and po3 will fight for the best agreement...
