So they pump and dump it, trapping in lots of innocent buyers, to get the VWap up and then use that 'discount of the rights issue to the (pumped up!) VWap' as their sales pitch to get the very people they've just hurt with their pumping and dumping to buy into the rights issue. Sheesh!
