probably traders like me who saw a consolidation pattern with a short term breakout to 12c. not breaching 10c could have been seen as a failed short term breakout. the t+2/3 traders who took a bet low 9s decided to close out
wouldn't fret, the uptrend will resume with time so long as they continue with client and site momentum. their target ARR growth is ambitious but achievable if they can quickly switch on new sites within existing clients (all of UK water for example). cost of business should be low for these sites
