This has been taken from an announcement released by Ironbark on 25.09.15 regarding their public consultation process. It appears that all documents will need to be approved before the public consultation process begins. It also appears that the company will have to address all comments during the public consult period via a "whitepaper, either by pointing out where in their documents the concerns have been addressed or by updating their documents to address the comments. The period required to complete the "whitepaper" will obviously depend on the amount of comments they receive.
