Assuming Lind convert immediately on the 23rd March I think we could very well pay back a portion, provided sales can begin early March. I don't want to bore anyone with any more long posts/calculations but i'm expecting ANW to pay back around 20% of the $4.2M owing (~$840k paid in cash). That being said any amount would make me happy as it is less dilution.
