China is currently delay customs approvals for Aussie coals which is affecting our export rates. Obviously a tactic to put pressure on the Australian government for taking some anti China stance on certain issues. In reality no different to Trump putting economic pressure on China.
But yes Aussie governments need to be more like the Chinese government and help local industries to develop new technology and industries.
