Yep, long term holder here and also holding options, which are seriously undervalued. Wombat is your best best, he should be along to answer your question. Until excercising, you can just trade them like shares. When they are in the money, simply pay the exercise price and get your shares. Hopefully worth way more than your purchase + exercise price. 

I havent sold a share in BAT, still holding 7 figures. Been a long two years though
