With regard to the rights issue, if Noble and the directors are not taking up their full entitlement, this will leave a big shortfall. So why not sell all but a few of your rights to the market, and then us those few to apply through shortfall for however many you want?
Seems to be you get a little extra cash for your rights, and still purchase however many you want
