Profit downgrade, on the back of more branch closures. Adelaide the only BOQ in South Australia is closing on the 8th March. Interestingly the sign on the doors at the Adelaide branch says they are amalgamating. This suggests 2 companies combining to form new company. Are we clearing the decks for an amalgamation?
