This is a very good sign, to reverse this for a refund is ridiculously difficult and would likely cost more than the 200k involved. There would also be a suspension required, possibly for months until this was sorted out.
So a director has made a conscious decision to go ahead with a personal investment into the company at more than twice its current market price, and not with pocket change either.
I find this quite encouraging for the longer term.
