    Punter,

I'm sure you're getting info from places other than HC. I sure hope so.

Don't you feel a change is in the air regarding the EPA's response to some shonky waste disposal behaviour in times gone by, and even more recently. Don't ya feel it. I'm feelin' it. I'm still feelin' it.

PASS has probably never been treated properly in the past. If it was, it was the exception rather than the rule. That's all changed. And what's more, you and your mates know it has.

PASS, let's call it acidic run-off, that sounds nastier, is now more fully understood by the government agencies and construction firms. With oversight and compliance from source to disposal, no one can wash their hands and deny responsibility for the proper treatment of waste, specifically PASS.

But you're an old timer, used to the days when PASS was treated like clean fill. Easy money. $25 a tonne tops. Those days are gone. Truck it in and dump it? No more. And some companies are going to miss that easy money.

And I don't have to supply any proof of any thing. These are just my considered opinions.

    I'm still feelin' it.

    Nanu
